If you have visited my blog before you will know how much I love Greek food. When The Hubs discovered Mix Restaurant Hoi An it was almost a forgone conclusion that we would visit. During our whirlwind Vietnam trip, we purposefully ate local fare for every meal, but when he told me about this outstanding Greek Restaurant in Hoi An it was time for a change. Greeks really have found their way to every corner of the globe and I for one and thrilled! When you think of eating in Vietnam you almost certainly think of street food. The vibrant street food scene dominates the city and while we loved our beef salad at Bun Bo Nam Bo we wanted something just a little bit fancier. After doing extensive research (i.e. googling ‘where to eat in Hanoi’) we stumbled on Red Bean Restaurant Hanoi. I was initially drawn to the authentic local cuisine at Red Bean Hanoi and I loved the relaxed atmosphere.
