I’ve dined at Holy Guacamole Bali in Legian more times than I can count. In fact, it is one of my favourite restaurants in Legian. On previous visits I’ve even roped in some friends who were all as equally impressed with this kitsch little Mexican restaurant in Bali. I first stumbled on Holy Guacamole in 2016 the day before Nyepi when nothing else was open. Our ‘go to’ Legian Restaurants were closed and we were wandering the streets aimlessly looking for sustenance. We were hot, sweaty and hungry when we found Holy Guacamole Legian. Un’s Kuta is one of our favorite restaurants in Bali. We discovered it a few years ago and loved that we had stumbled on a hidden gem where we had the dining room almost all to ourselves. We had heard good things about Sanur Bali from friends at home so we thought we would pop over for a few hours and check it out before we committed to staying there. Sanur is just a quick cab ride away from Legian and many of the water sports in my epic list of +110 things to do in Bali are in this area. Benno’s Sanur was an off the cuff lunch choice when wandering along the beach path. There are no shortage of restaurants here but most seem to offer the same type of fare.
